Through the iBridge Comprehensive Salaried Benefit Plan, iBridge provides the following benefits for each Salaried Employee and their family with only a nominal cost to the employee. Additionally, new employees are eligible to receive each of these group benefits upon the first of the month following their start date!
Cost to the Employee
As part of the Salaried Employee Benefit Plan, iBridge pays the majority of premium cost associated with the Family Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance policies and the Employee’s Disability, Life and AD&D policies. Following is a description of the nominal monthly fee for which the Employee is responsible:
Employee Only Coverage: $50.00 per month
Employee + 1 Dependent Coverage: $130.00 per month
Family Coverage: $170.00 per month
Through the iBridge Ala Carte Style Cafeteria Benefit Plan, full-time iBridge employees who choose to be paid through the non-traditional hourly compensation program may purchase any or all of the following group insurance benefits on a Pre-Tax basis* for both themselves and their family (as noted below) at a discounted group insurance rate. All full-time hourly employees are also eligible to participate in each of the non-insurance related benefit programs noted below (i.e. 401K, FSA, Training Reimbursement, etc.), which are provided by iBridge at no cost to the employee. New employees are eligible to purchase and/or receive each of the following benefits upon the first of the month following their start date!
