Before you started working with iBridge Solutions, what concerns might have prevented you from working with a Staffing firm?

iBridge was my first contract position. There were many questions, unknowns and concerns I had. However, the recruiter (Josh) spent a lot of time with me and walked me through every step of the way. I’ve been a contractor with iBridge for almost three years and I could not be more happy.

After you started working with iBridge Solutions as a candidate or employee, did anything surprise you?

I cannot think of anything that surprised me after I was hired. iBridge staff have always kept me apprised of any potential changes, and are always willing to listen to any questions or concerns. They are always a phone call away and willing to help in any way.

I wish I would have discovered contract work through iBridge years ago.

Would you recommend iBridge Solutions, and if so, why?

I would definitely recommend iBridge Solutions. Since becoming a contract worker three years ago, I’ve been exposed to many other placement firms and contract workers, and in my opinion iBridge is consistently well thought of among other contract workers. I wish I would have discovered contract work through iBridge years ago.

Before working with iBridge Solutions, I had avoided staffing firms in favor of applying directly with companies.

After you started working with iBridge Solutions as a candidate or employee, did anything surprise you?

After I began working with iBridge Solutions, I came to the realization that many of the companies I really wanted to work for in the St. Louis, MO area were utilizing iBridge Solutions to help them to find quality employees. As a result, I saw a steep improvement in positions I was able to interview for through their firm versus those I had applied for directly. Furthermore, I felt much more prepared for the interviews I had through their firm, because they were as in tune with the needs of their clients as the individuals they were trying to place.

What pleased you the most about our process, staff, knowledge, guidance, resume writing, interview prep, orientation, etc.?

I was impressed with iBridge Solution throughout the entire process, from my initial interview with them through landing my current job; however, the most influential factor in my choosing to work with their firm instead of another one was the personal connection I felt with my representative. I really felt they understood my needs and they wanted to help me find the right job, rather than simply trying to fill a quota for the year. That said, they were as professional as they were personable, throughout the entire process of finding me the right job. I could not have been more pleased with their service or the job they matched me with.

Before you started working with iBridge Solutions, what concerns might have prevented you from working with a Staffing firm?

My biggest concern with working for a staffing firm was the uncertainty of steady employment. I did not have a clear understanding of the different types of placements that a staffing firm could offer and made an assumption of what my options would be. My second biggest concern was that I would not be a good fit for the opportunities they had. I was not interested in getting just any job, but in getting the right job where I would be happy long term.

After working with iBridge Solutions as a candidate, I immediately felt like they had a genuine interest in me as a person and as a candidate. They spent time getting to know me on several levels and to understand the best environment to fit my characteristics and life goals. They were very respectful of my apprehension of working with a staffing firm and very patient with me as I explored the opportunities they had to offer.

I have been very happy with the position they found for me, but I know that if it had not worked out, they would have been there for me once again.

What pleased you the most about our process, staff, knowledge, guidance, resume writing, interview prep, orientation, etc.?

I was most pleased with their willingness to help me put my best foot forward in the interview process. I had not written a resume in 14 years. They walked me through a format that was both up to date, and relevant to the position I was pursuing. I received a pre-interview call from them to prepare me for the interview and put me at ease. They made the overall experience much more relaxed than if I had ventured out on my own.

Would you recommend iBridge Solutions, and if so, why?

I would absolutely recommend iBridge! The main reason is the personal touch they give to each candidate. Even now, as a contractor, I know they are never far away and they frequently check in with me just to see how things are going. I have been very happy with the position they found for me, but I know that if it had not worked out, they would have been there for me once again.

Before you started working with iBridge Solutions, what concerns might have prevented you from working with a Staffing firm?

Prior to working with iBridge solutions, I associated a somewhat negative stigma with staffing firms. I had worked with some in the past, and they had a more impersonal feel. Also, I did not fully understand the pay and benefits structure, and nobody before iBridge took the time to meticulously explain them to me.

After you started working with iBridge Solutions as a candidate or employee, did anything surprise you?

I was surprised at quite a few things. First and foremost, the time the recruiter and account manager took to get to know me as a professional and as a person were refreshing. Everyone I dealt with at iBridge was friendly, engaging and very intelligent. Second, they took the time to review my resume and enhance it to better meet the needs of the job description. They had a comprehensive understanding of my background, and were able to translate my skills into the requirements the client was seeking. Finally, I was surprised at the low cost and availability of benefits they offered me as an hourly consultant. I had the option to accept medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as continuing my contribution to a 401(k).

What pleased you the most about our process, staff, knowledge, guidance, resume writing, interview prep, orientation, etc.?

iBridge has a streamlined vetting process which makes it easy and convenient for candidates to navigate their way through the job search process. They do the majority of the work, and allow the candidates to fully prepare for phone and face–to-face interviews. They were absolutely devoted to setting me up for success. Once I received the offer, the orientation process was a well-oiled machine. The office manager was able to answer all my questions and the process took less than an hour!

Would you recommend iBridge Solutions, and if so, why?

I have recommended iBridge Solutions, and will continue to do so. I have worked with 5 or more staffing firms in some capacity over the past 6 months. iBridge sets the bar and consistently exceeds expectations. The entire staff is eager to assist, and responds to my every inquiry within minutes. From what I have seen, they have a solid reputation with their accounts and candidates alike. In short, iBridge Solutions has made my job search an enjoyable experience!

Before working at iBridge, I was concerned that the clients would view you as disposable, and that it could be difficult to get the benefits I need.

I discovered that iBridge offered a very competitive benefits package. The medical insurance, for example, was significantly better than what was offered at other consulting firms.

I was pleased to see that they were very diligent in connecting me with their clients, and not just any clients, but ones that are more likely to be a good fit, leading to a successful business relationship. I found it very surprising that the St. Louis area is home to many, many recruiting and staffing firms that have a focus with IT positions. During my recent job search for a Project Management role, I contacted or was contacted by, about 25 different recruiting firms. All had a phone conversation with me and a few even invited me to their office for a face-to-face conversation with the recruiter about my background. Of the 25, there were only a couple that followed up with me, most simply went silent. With iBridge Solutions however, the process was much different, almost family-like.
